First, a little about  who we are! We’re just a bunch of friends working together to find beautiful vintage pieces for our best friends...you! We love adding unique farmhouse finds into our lives and wanted to share that passion with you. We truly believe that you, your home, and your style should all mimic the already beautiful lives you live. With incredible shabby chic pieces and unique vintage inspired detailing’s, we’ve found the perfect balance that is sure to put a smile on your face!


Where do you get your “Bits of Vintage?”

We search far and wide for our favorite vintage pieces and it’s not an easy task. It takes a great deal of searching before we finally land on products that we believe are as special as you are. We only offer pieces we believe to have exceptional quality while taking on an old but new feel. We love that each of our products speaks to us with stories of days gone by.

 

What are your shipping policies? And what is the cost of shipping?

Shipping within the 48, Contiguous United States is a table rate. You're shipping cost is based off the amount that you spend on each order. We use a table rate system. Please be sure to check shipping info in each deal’s listing for estimated delivery date.We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low.You will ALWAYS get a tracking number, so you don’t have to worry about when your item will arrive. We know you are super excited to receive your order ASAP but please make sure to look for the processing time info on the right hand side of each deal. Also please note that transit times vary and could take up to 15 business days.

 

Does “Bits of Vintage” ship internationally?

Sorry, we only ship within the 48, Contagious United States. We hope to eventually be able to reach everyone!

 

What is your return policy? And what if a product arrives damaged?

We have a no return policy. We will certainly help you if you had a problem with the quality of your order. Should you experience any challenges with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us here (requests can be submitted 24/7) and we will be glad to help. Certain merchandise, such as handmade items, furniture, customized items, gift cards or final sale items are not eligible for return.

We absolutely LOVE hearing from you guys! Go ahead and direct any questions, comments, or feedback you have to our company email address [email protected]. We also have a “Contact Us” section on our website for easy access.

 

Can I cancel an order? 

Sure! No problem! As long as you cancel it before it enters the packaging stage, at which point it is almost impossible to locate before it leaves our warehouse.

 

What are my payment options?

You can use any major credit card or PayPal to pay for your order. Please note that you will get charged when you place the order and NOT when the item is shipped.

 

I have an item that would be perfect for “Bits of Vintage”  to sell. How do I make it happen?

Awesome! We are always looking for new products. If you’ve got something that you think Bits of Vintage customers would like to own, then tells us about it! You can simply contact us and give us a lot of details on your item, pictures, and wholesale pricing and we will review it. Now, do not come with your garage leftovers, we’re looking for quality products only. Oh, and price is important! After all, we want to bring the greatest deals to our customers.
